Milwaukee Election Commission Chair Stephanie Findley's Video Confirming Election Violation Accusations

The most blatant admission on the video from City of Milwaukee Election Commission Chair Stephanie Findley is her confirming that she did not give the City of Milwaukee written notice of her recusing herself as Chair of the Election Commission during the 2020 General Spring election before she publicly began endorsing incumbent Mayor Tom Barrett, "I did recuse myself from the election on February 19th, I posted it on my Facebook page. I did not have to send a recusal letter to the city to say that I recused myself, I posted it publicly for the whole world to see..."
The above statement is made at roughly 9 minutes and 45 seconds into Commissioner Findley's Facebook video: https://www.facebook.com/stephaniedeena/videos/10219495307506118/
Commissioner Findley also states that candidates cannot go into polling places, which is not completely accurate; the exceptions for candidates going into polling places is for them to cast their own vote and they are allowed to witness the ballot counting process after polling places have closed.
Although she acknowledges that candidates cannot go into polling places, though we have just clarified when they cannot, during open polling hours, there is no record or documentation of Commissioner Findley holding Mayor Tom Barrett accountable after the incumbent was caught going into an early polling site during open hours talking to poll workers, voters and others at the Midtown Center polling location.
More to come about Mayor Tom Barrett appointed Executive Director Neil Albrecht and Mayor Barrett Election Law violations, some of which that are being filed with government oversight agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ), The Attorney General and various Ethics Boards.
