​The most blatant admission on the video from City of Milwaukee Election Commission Chair Stephanie Findley is her confirming that she did not give the City of Milwaukee written notice of her recusing herself as Chair of the Election Commission during the 2020 General Spring election before she publicly began endorsing incumbent Mayor Tom Barrett, "I did recuse myself from the election on February 19th, I posted it on my Facebook page. I did not have to send a recusal letter to the city to say that I recused myself, I posted it publicly for the whole world to see..."
